Deepthi Musley has a work experience of over 12 years in the field of Training and Development, & Finance and Accounting. She has trained more than 500 associates at Entry & Middle management levels.
From the year 2005, Deepthi started her career with Hewlett Packard- (HP), and later moved to IBM. From 2005 she worked in the capacity as Reconciliations Process Associate & in 2008 she got promoted to the Learning & Development team as a Process Training Lead, handling team strength of 300 and above. She was responsible for designing the training modules/Content, Training Delivery, Learning Pyramid, Cross Training Matrix, Training Need Analysis, New Hire (HP) Orientation/Induction, Cycle time to production, Certifications & Re-certification, maintain Process metrics, CAPA, & Change Control.
Deepthi has successfully undergone certification for Instructional designing and has attended 7 habits management coaching program from HP delivery standpoint. Her responsibilities included training young talents to increase their employability rate thereby bringing about a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching. She is also an IAPCCT certified Coach, & ABNLP certified NLP Practitioner. She is currently working as Freelance Trainer/ & Writer & is passionate about Coaching & Training.
Her stint with Finance and Accounting has given her an in depth understanding of Intercompany Cash flow mechanism, Periodic Balance sheet review for currency fluctuations, Standard operating Procedures signed off between client and organization for global delivery. She has been involved in designing career development programs for employees at HP collaborating with Human Resource. As a Client relationship manager, she has exclusively worked with Internal Clients of HP and has helped bridge various process gaps as per business requisites, she had undertaken the responsibility for new business transitions and worked on the cost and resource analysis with cost teams, had helped the Industrial engineering team to design the Process Time and output capture tool
